ORDERING INFORMATION

Forms of Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

Sales Tax: Rebels Footwear does not collect sales tax except for orders that are being shipped within the state of California.

Please note that sales tax is calculated on the retail price of your purchase before any coupon discounts are applied. 

Order Confirmation: Once your order has been accepted you will receive an email with your order confirmation. You may also locate your order history by logging into your Rebels Footwear account. 

Credit Card Charges: Your credit card is charged as soon as your order is placed. 

Canceling or Modifying an Order: As soon as your order is submitted, it enters our system and the processing of your order begins. You will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange it if returned within 30 days. All returns and exchanges must be unused, unaltered, free from odor and dirt and in its original item packaging. SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND RETURN POSTAGE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

For returns or exchanges, please send your request to CustomerService@RebelsFootwear.com and we'll send you a Return/Exchange form. Then, enclose it in a separate shipping box with the item(s) to be sent back to us and additional shipping charges may apply.

Pack and seal your box and ship via traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Please remember that return postage is your responsibility therefore packages must be returned prepaid. Note that Rebels Footwear is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

How will I know when you have received my Return/Exchange? We process all Returns & Exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the package. We will refund the cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax (Sorry, no shipping cost will be refunded unless we sent the wrong item).

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

All orders are shipped via FedEx or FedEx SmartPost.You should receive your order(s) within 7 to 10 business days. Express delivery is also available but please keep in mind it may take up to 4 business days before an item ships from our warehouse. This includes express shipping orders!

Shipping charges are calculated before taxes.

Please note, we currently only ship to the 48 continental states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Sorry, we are unable to ship to a PO Box.
